Summary:

Nijhuis Saur Industries are one of the UKs leading Water Hygiene/Treatment Companies. We provide cooling tower engineering and environmental solutions across the UK.

We require a Water Hygiene Business Development Manager. The main purpose of the role will be to build connections, managing existing accounts and attending new client business meetings to expand the business portfolios operating throughout the UK.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and prospecting.

Understand client business risk and drivers to assist with aligning a tailored and flexible delivery solution.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customised solutions for clients.

Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.

Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients.

Regular reporting on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts.

Attend client meetings as and when required to represent the company.

Strategic development and management of key account objectives in line with the overall business objectives.

Ensuring all operational services and agreed objectives are delivered on time and in accordance with the contract requirements via your team.

Implementation and management of continuous review processes; leading continuous improvement plans and projects.
Required Skills/Qualifications:

A minimum of 1 to 2 years’ experience in business development or a senior sales role within Water Hygiene.

Ability to communicate clearly at all levels both internally and externally.

Experience in development & managing of accounts.

Strong IT skills including Outlook, Excel, and Word.

Full, Clean UK driving licence
