Our client, a family-run business, is seeking an experienced IFA Administrator to assist the Financial Planner.

Key Responsibilities as a Senior IFA Administrator:

Client Support:

* Serve as the first point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing information.

* Schedule and manage appointments for the Financial Planner.

* Prepare client correspondence and documentation.

Administrative Duties:

* Maintain and update client records in the database.

* Prepare reports and financial statements for client meetings.

* Manage filing systems, ensuring all documents are organized and easily accessible.

Compliance and Documentation:

* Ensure all client files and records comply with regulatory standards.

* Assist in the preparation and submission of compliance reports.

* Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Financial Planning Support:

* Assist the Financial Planner in creating and updating financial plans.

* Conduct preliminary research on financial products and services.

* Prepare illustrations, projections, and product comparisons for client presentations.

Coordination and Communication:

* Liaise with product providers and other third parties to gather information and process applications.

* Coordinate with other team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of services.

* Facilitate communication between the Financial Planner and clients.

Task Management:

* Track progress of client cases and follow up on outstanding tasks.

* Ensure all tasks are completed within set deadlines.

* Prioritize workload to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Requirements:

* Previous experience working within an Independent Financial Advisor (IFA) environment with comprehensive knowledge of all investment products.

* SelectaPension experience.

* Working towards Level 4 Financial Services Diploma qualification.
