Are you tired of commuting down to London? Do you want to work for a building contractor that can offer you continuous work in and around the Cambridge area for the forseeable future?
We are working with a Main Contractor who although started in Central London, have seen their Cambridge office take off. They've seen a noticeable shift in the volume of work in the area which means they are now pulling staff out of Central London to help rather than it being the other way round.
Much like the rest of the work in the surrounding area, you can expect to be deliveirng life science and commercial office space, both new build and refurbishment / fit out.
The Role
We are looking for an experienced QS (someone with 3+ years post grad experience) who can work as part of a team on a £20m new build life sciences/commercial office scheme in Central Cambridge.
The Salary
In return, our client will be looking to offer a salary ranging from £50,000 - £80,000 DoE
