First Task Professional are delighted to be working with our client, a building contractor operating in the UK for over 20 years, to recruit for a Freelance Site Manager to undertake a 5 month contract commencing on 24th June in Motherwell.
The project will involved the construction of a new industrial building.
This role will involve managing sub-contractors delivering drainage, hard landscaping, steel frame, external cladding/roofing, internal fit out works and building services.
The Site Manager will be responsible for ensuring work is carried out safely, to the required standards as set out in the Scope of Works and on programme.
Working hours are Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm.
SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid at Work are all required
Can be worked Ltd Co, CIS or PAYE
