PAY FOR PRODUCTION LEAD: $23.00/hr. (based on experience, pay increase after 90 days)
SCHEDULE FOR PRODUCTION LEAD: Monday - Friday, 2:00PM to 11:30PM, plus mandatory overtime as needed! MUST be comfortable covering other shifts.
RESPONSIBILITIES FOR PRODUCTION LEAD:
* Will maintain a team of motivated, productive, and positive employees through coaching, and counseling.
* Identify issues within the production processes from all departments are following proper procedures.
* Monitor email correspondences for special request and coordinate with supervisor.
* Lead the production team to meet and exceed goals and objectives.
* Operating Forklifts/clamps
* Inventory Management
* Conduct pre-shift meetings.
* May be expected to cover and provide supervision in other departments as needed.
* Assigning operators to equipment depending on job needs
REQUIREMENTS:
* Proficient with MS Office (Word/Excel)
* Positive can-do attitude to motivate team.
* Ability to analyze situations and adapt quickly.
* Great written and verbal communication skills.
* Pre-employment screening will be conducted as part of the hiring process.
* Available to work overtime!
* MUST have 2 yrs. of experience with a proven track record.
