Obstetrics and Gynecology Physician

Korzen Health is working with a Medical Foundation Group in the Santa Clarita/Valencia, CA area ( LA County). We are looking to add a new OB/GYN to our clinic.
Some of the Highlights include:
- Hospital is a local Not-For-Profit Stand Alone Facility.
- Hospital Group Employed Position. Base Salary, Quality Bonus and Full Benefits included in the full-time position. 7,000K+ RVU potential in the market.
- Hospital has a full-time Laborist team in place. Our new OB/GYN will need to take a Hospital Call 2x a month and some clinic call.
- Planned OB cases.
- We have a large primary care group in place, so a high referral pattern in place for the new provider.
- Ability to do GYN procedures if you would like to. Block time available for the new provider.
- Provider will have the ability to absorb existing volume from the local retiring OB/GYN. Ability to build your practice within a Hospital Medical Foundation Group!
- Hospital Group Foundation has 12+ employed Physicians within the group.
Benefits:
- Healthcare Benefits paid for the Physician, 5K CME Stipend, 7% 401K match, 20 days PTO + All Major Holidays.
-Student loan repayment, stipend, relocation and sign-on bonus included.
- Pay: $350-400K + RVU Bonus/Quality Bonus
