Part time Credit Controller
An exciting opportunity has arisen with our construction services client as a Credit Controller. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing market- leading organisation.
This is a part time role working a minimum of 24 hours per week. Hours and days are negotiable.

The Job:
* Chasing outstanding invoices through a mixture of phone calls, and emails
* Confident in communicating with key project contacts. E.g. Quantity surveyors, Project Managers
* Hitting individual, and departmental KPI's
* Dealing with incoming customer queries
* Working the shared accounts mailboxes
* Chasing invoices in line with the relevant timeline
* Escalating bad debts to management once all avenues have been exhausted
* Issuing legal notices where appropriate
* Daily bank reconciliations, and cash allocations
* Carrying out credit checks when required
* Liaising with internal departments to resolve invoice queries
* Helping the rest of the team as required
What You'll Need:
* Proven credit control experience
* Confident, and professional manner on the telephone.
* Diligent with good attention to detail.
* Able to deal with strong / difficult clients.
* Good team player, offering help to colleagues in other areas of the business when workload dictates.
* Capable of working independently, and proactively.
* Excellent IT skills, good knowledge of Excel.
* Sage 200 experience (desirable).
* Good problem-solving skills/using own initiative.
