NEW permanent position based in LS12 outskirts of Leeds centre.
Courier Clerk
Monday to Friday 09:00-17:30
£24,000 per annum
Monthly Pay
Must Have
IT skills (Microsoft Office)
˃ A good level of literacy and numeracy
˃ A flexible approach to work and the ability to work with changing demands (including shift patterns)
˃ Experience of administration
Your Responsibilities
Accurately inputting data into business systems
Communicating daily in a professional manner with customers, team members and other key stakeholders.
Obtaining quotes, making bookings, tracking deliveries, providing updates and producing invoices
Proactively preparing and dealing with courier documentation
Undertaking administrative tasks to support the Courier department in meeting deadlines for our customers
