In this role, you'll be responsible for developing their UK sales team, coordinating all sales operations, and implementing sales techniques that allow the business to meet and surpass its sales targets. You'll also be responsible for developing key growth strategies, tactics and action plans across their product portfolio.

THE ROLE:
*Managing a team of Area Sales and Internal Sales staff
*Coordinating all sales operations, and implementing sales techniques
*Managing sales team performance
*Progression to Directorship

THE PERSON:
*Previous experience in B2B Account Management/BDM/Area Sales Management
*Ideally a background in Technical/Medical/H&S/Fire Safety Products
*People Management experience
*Full Driving License
