Chef / Cook

We here at Siamo Recruitment are working with a leading tourist attraction looking to onboard a part time Chef / Cook or Cafe Assistant to join they're growing hospitality team on a part time and contractual basis. 

This role will offer a work pattern of a Monday and Tuesday each week for the foreseeable future.

This will be a role when cooking, small amounts of grilling and food prep will be essential. This role offers the opportunity to work with a pleasant and team minded client. 

This Cook / Chef role will have the below responsibilities:

Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with recipes and quality standards

Ensure food safety and sanitation practices are followed in the kitchen

Collaborate with the kitchen team to provide excellent dining experiences

Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment

List any stock required

Ensure that stock is rotated and that best by and use by dates are strictly adhered to

Our client requires the below for this Chef / Cook opportunity:

Proven experience as a Cook or similar role in a restaurant setting

Full UK Driving License / Commutable to outskirts of Cirencester

Knowledge of culinary techniques and practices

Understanding of food safety regulations

Ability to work well in a team environment

Excellent time management skills to ensure timely meal preparation
