Platinum Recruitment is working in partnership with an exciting, high end wellness resort in Bridport (West Dorset) who are looking for an Operations Executive to join their growing team; you will be supporting the Senior Leadership Team on site with financial, administration, and guest related duties to ensure the operational success of the business.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Administration tasks, supporting all business functions
Finance and resource management
Project management support
HR support, liaising with Head of Departments for tasks such as uniform ordering, training and reporting
Support the Guest Relations team to ensure guests have a premier customer journeyPackage

Salary up to £30,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Opportunities to achieve a 10% bonus with agreed KPI's
37.5 hour working week

What's involved?
Our client is building something special; a Luxury Wellness Resort spanning one hundred acres of working farmland in the picturesque location of Bridport, boasting their own vineyard, livestock, and wellness products. As an Operations Executive you will be the link between the multi-functional teams to ensure that the operations runs smoothly, not only providing valuable support to the Senior Leadership Team, but also becoming a key member of the team in delivering an unrivalled level of customer service.

This role will suit an experienced administration or operations executive who excels in a flexible and diverse environment who is looking for a new challenge in an exciting, highly professional team. Hospitality experience is preferred, however, we're looking for candidates with the right approach to work who can utilise their wide ranging skill set to support the hospitality teams in their day to day tasks.
