Job – Grounds / Landscape Maintenance Operative – New Build, Commercial, POS Schemes - £22-25k Per Annum DOE

We are currently recruiting for an Experiences grounds/landscaper maintenance operatives to join our expanding business. We carry out new build projects in Berkshire, Surrey, Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire, and Oxfordshire, and this encompasses the maintenance agreements on completion of the sites. We also carry out maintenance to a number of commercial schemes.

Your responsibilities, skills and experience:-

· Minimum 12 months experience

· A broad range of landscaping skills

· PA1 & PA6 Certificate

· You will need a driving license to be considered for this position

· General organisation of day to day operations.

· Physically fit and dexterous.

· Ability to operate the appropriate tools and equipment.

· Capacity to fulfil your duties independently and on time.

· Good communication skills to liaise with site staff and our clients’ representatives.

· Have a tidy way of working, and all work must be carried out to a high standard.

· Ensuring works are carried out on time and signed off once completed.

· CSCS card is required for the role, however we can assist in obtaining this.
