Our client, a prominent name in the healthcare sector, is actively seeking an Administrative Planner to enhance their Planning department.

Key Responsibilities:

Play a pivotal role in supporting all administrative tasks within the Planning department
Manage, verify, and organise production-related data including schedules, inventory records, and manufacturing order updates
Aid the Planner in the creation of reports, presentations, and other documentation
Distribute production plans, updates, and changes to relevant stakeholders
Monitor emails to ensure timely responses to all queries across the business
Track task progress, ensure follow-up on pending actions, and meet both internal and customer deadlines
Efficiently load Customer Orders into the ERP system, Winman
Assist the Planner with ad-hoc administrative tasks as required

Job Requirements:

Proactive in identifying and resolving potential workflow gaps
Experience with ERP systems, with a preference for those proficient in planning software; training on Winman will be provided
Ability to independently resolve queries and take initiative
Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams
Capable of working effectively under time pressures
Strong analytical thinking and exceptional attention to detail
Confident communication skills, both over the phone and via email, with suppliers and stakeholders
