Remuneration: £50,000 - £60,000 + up to 30% bonus

The role of the Contracts Manager – Timber Frame will involve:
* Contracts Manager position dealing with the design, manufacture and installation of high end timber frames
* Working closely with leading house builders, architects, specifying consultants and engineers
* Liaising regularly with Design and Technical departments
* Ensuring that all project documentation is passed to relevant departments
* Ensuring projects are completed within pre-agreed timescales and budget
* Collate RAMS and H&S documentation for projects
* Attending relevant internal project meeting and resolving any issues
* Overseeing plant requisition and haulage
* Providing excellent customer service to clients to encourage repeat business
* Managing projects ranging in size from 35 units to 400 units
The ideal applicant will be a Contracts Manager – Timber Frame with:
* Must have Contracts Manager experience within the timber frame / house building / property development market sector
* Strong technical understanding of timber frames
* Resilient individual who can deal with queries in a professional manor
* Ideally will have CSCS black card, SMSTS and A61 appointed person qualifications
* Excellent communication across all levels both written and verbal
* IT literate (Microsoft Office)
* Full UK driving license
