The role will primarily be to aggressively accelerate the service portfolio across Scotland and the North East. You’ll be tasked with increasing the portfolio size through acquiring new customers, self-generated leads gained through networking and various other means.

Purpose of the role

Growing the Service business by attracting new customers: this can be new customers or renewing relationships with existing customers.

Key Responsibilities

* Approach potential customers to contract the maintenance of their elevators.

* Know the Otis business and provide good insight to customers to provide the best insights and solutions.

* Know maintenance and service strategies and procedures.

* Strong sales skills; decision making and closing sales.

* Generate manage and track leads.

* To role model Otis Absolutes

Skills and competencies

* Strong sales background with a good knowledge of the lift.

* Target driven, and able to perform to set KPI’s.

* Great communication skills both verbally and written.
