Production Operative

We are actively recruiting for a Production Operative in Witham, Essex. This is working for successful manufacturing and production company, who are offering a full time, long-term role.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience within an industrial environment (although full training will be provided for the right candidate), a keen work ethic and looking for a permanent position.

Duties of the Production Operative:

Working on a production line
Placing product into plastic moulds
Basic machine operating
Placing finished product into right boxed for dispatch
Quality check
General housekeepingThe Ideal Production Operative:

Previous experience within an industrial environment
Looking for a temporary to permanent role
Able to work within a small team
Able to stand for long periods of time
Happy to work within a role which can be tedious
Great work ethic and willingness to learn
Hours and Pay:

Monday to Friday
08:30-16:30
£11.44ph
30-minute break (2x 15 mins)
Weekly Pay
Holiday Pay
Overtime available
Temp to Perm for the right person
