Role Summary:
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will manage all aspects of cost control and reporting for high-stakes projects, including:
Cost Management: Ensuring projects stay within budget.
Financial Planning: Preparing cost estimates, budgets, and forecasts.
Contract Administration: Handling contract negotiations, valuations, and final accounts.
Risk Management: Identifying and mitigating financial risks.
Client Liaison: Building strong client relationships and providing expert advice.
