Our client specialises in manufacturing luxury rigid boxes across Europe and Asia. Offering a comprehensive array of packaging products, ranging from handcrafted bags that exude luxury for prestigious brands to eco-friendly reusable bags favoured by leading retailers.

They are currently looking for a Business Developer to join their team. You will be responsible for luxury packaging with a focus on the sale of manufactured rigid boxes. You will be working on sales for the production facility in Poland but working remote from France.

Key Responsibilities:

Occasional visits to the London office and the production facility in Poland, as required by the Company.
Identifying potential clients and markets for luxury rigid boxes.
Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Cultivating and maintaining relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Collaborating with the marketing team to create and implement effective promotional materials and campaigns.
Conducting market research to identify trends, competition, and new opportunities.
Providing timely and accurate reports on sales activities and performance.
Participating in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote the products.
Actively seeking out and establishing new business opportunities.
Understanding clients' needs and proposing suitable packaging solutions.
Negotiating contracts and closing deals in line with company policies.
Collaborating with the production facility overseas to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment.
Providing exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
Reporting directly to the Sales Manager and providing regular updates on sales activities.
Maintaining accurate records of sales, contracts, and customer interactions in the company CRM system.
Effectively communicating with team members, clients, and internal stakeholders.
Staying updated with industry trends and developments to adapt sales strategies accordingly
