Location: York

Salary: Up to £39,000 DOE

Hours: Full Time, Permanent (37.5)

Position Overview:

As a registered RMN / RNLD you will provide high levels of care to patients.  Following initial assessment and through ongoing monitoring, you will support patients through their journey to better mental health.

You will develop individualised therapeutic care plans to optimise patient engagement and work collaboratively with the wider team to plan the care needs of each patient.

If you join us at a senior level, you will lead shifts, mentor junior members of staff and operate as the go to person for professional peer support.

We are looking for a confident nurse with a positive outlook who can work in a service that prides its self on providing person centred and individualised care pathways.   If you are confident in your ability to support patients in their recovery, whilst working with the wider team to achieve their goals, we’d love to hear from you.

You will be flexible, caring and supportive, sharing values that put the service user first, and be keen to contribute to service development.

Working collaboratively within an MDT to deliver high quality person centred care, with the drive to work with individuals to achieve the best outcomes for them, whilst being a positive role model and mentor for junior members of the team, this is a role in which you can truly add value to a professional service. 

Key Requirements:

Relevant nursing qualification and registration.
A commitment to and experience of delivering patient centred care in a mental health setting as a nurse.
A highly motivated and flexible team player with a positive and proactive mindset.
A flexible and reliable professional - our units operate 24 hours 7 days a week, and our nursing staff work shift patterns including weekends, bank holidays and nights.
