Due to investment and growth, we require an experienced Recruitment Branch Manager to join and manage a team of recruiters in our Doncaster Office. Reporting to the Regional Manager, the Recruitment Branch Manager will take full responsibility for providing full recruitment solutions to existing clients and developing new business opportunities.

Volunteers DayKey Responsibilities of Recruitment Branch Manager:

Managing all aspects of new business development and revenue for the branch
Overseeing the day-to-day operations of a recruitment branch
Lead a team of recruiters and support staff, drive business development initiatives, and ensure the delivery of excellent recruitment services to our clients
Meet and exceed net profit targets for your branch and support your team to meet their Permanent / Temporary recruitment targets in accordance with agreed performance standards
Drive business development activity to consistently grow Temp and Perm revenues with a focus on branch based local A-Z business What we are looking for in the successful candidate:

Excellent interpersonal skills especially in communication, persuasion and presentational skills

Experience of working in the recruitment sector
