Key Responsibilities
* Oversee and manage commercial aspects of the company's projects, ensuring profitability and efficiency.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
* Lead contract negotiations and manage contractual obligations.
* Prepare and review budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
* Identify and mitigate commercial risks associated with projects.
* Provide strategic input and support to senior management to drive business growth.
* Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
* Manage and mentor a team of surveyors and commercial staff.
Requirements
* Proven experience in a commercial management/ QS role within the construction industry, specifically with drylining and plastering.
* Strong financial acumen and experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
* Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
* Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Ability to identify and mitigate commercial risks.
* Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
