Looking for an experienced and innovative NPD Manager who has a solid background launching fresh products into key retailers and building and developing teams on challenging food manufacturing sites.

The Candidate.

* Ideally you will have a Food Science related degree or equivalent.

* The right candidate will be able to exemplify successful product launches within a chilled and/or fresh category.

* Experience in the expectations of UK retailers is essential to this role. The business works with all the major retailers.

* Ideally you will be a seasoned NPD Manager who has experience communicating cross functionally, setting up and analysing stage gate processes in line with customer and company expectations.

* A passion for innovation and a forward-thinking attitude will certainly take you far within this business.

The Role.

* You will have responsibility of product launches beginning at concept all the way through to handover alongside a team of NPD and Process technologists which you will be responsible for.

* There will be an expectation to keep up to date with all the current trends within your category.

* You will be collaborating with key stakeholders/head of departments to make sure all products that are developed are commercially viable.

* Working closely with the customers you will gain an understanding of their expectations and ensure best processes are delivered.

* Successful deliver on concept, creation, and development, working cross functionally.

* Role will report into the site GM with a dotted line into the Group Head of NPD.
