Job Overview

We are currently recruiting for aSecurity Officer to join our passionate and driven team based at our client’s site in  4 Inchmuir Road, Bathgate

This vacancy is for weekend work on a construction site, you will undertake duties including access and egress control to the site, managing visitors, monitoring CCTV, completing reports and many more.

Key Responsibilities: 

You will be providing an efficient and effective security service, ensuring high standards are delivered and maintained across the site.
Managing the access of the site, and completing logs where required.
Regular site patrols, check calls and reporting of incidents.
You will have a high standard of professionalism and be extremely security-conscious.
Ensure the safety and security of the premises during the assigned shifts.
Respond promptly to security incidents and emergencies.
To ensure the delivery of consistently high standards of customer service.
To promote and uphold the principles of security in accordance with the policies and directives.
To maintain logs of messages and the arrival of visitors.
To adhere to the company’s dress code and wear the correct uniform.
To fulfil health and safety responsibilities by adhering to the requirements of the company’s health and safety policy and health and safety management plans.
To comply with the company’s policies, management plans and procedures.

About You: 

Previous experience in a busy security role
Strong people and customer service skills
Effective communication skills
A drive to succeed by working as part of a close-knit team
We want to see enthusiasm, a proactive attitude and your ability to deliver excellent customer service.
You need to be well-presented, punctual and focused on attention to detail.
A criminal record check, employment history and Right to Work check.
SIA license is a requirement.
Driving license is required  
Must possess a valid SIA Licence.
