Position: Early Years Teaching Assistant
Location: Salford
Start Date: ASAP
Pay rate: £85 - £95 per day
As am early years Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing support in KS1. Including:
Providing one-on-one support to students with SEND
Assisting in creating inclusive learning environments
Supporting students with academic and social development
Collaborate with classroom teachers to facilitate the implementation of lesson plans and instructional activitiesRequirements:
Experience working as a teaching assistant or in a similar child-based setting
Patience, empathy, and understanding towards diverse learning needs
Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
