Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team in Liverpool on a 6-month contract. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional customer experiences through effective communication and efficient problem-solving. This position requires a strong background in customer service within a manufacturing or FMCG environment, coupled with proficiency in ERP systems, particularly SAP.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle customer inquiries via phone and email, providing timely and accurate information.
* Manage customer orders and ensure seamless processing using ERP systems (SAP).
* Address and resolve customer complaints and issues, maintaining a high level of professionalism.
* Coordinate with internal departments to fulfill customer requirements and ensure satisfaction.
* Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
* Assist in the development and implementation of customer service policies and procedures.
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the customer service department.
Qualifications:
* Proven track record of working in customer service roles, specifically over the phone and email.
* Experience with ERP systems, with a strong preference for SAP.
* Background in pharmaceutical manufacturing or a related manufacturing/FMCG business is essential.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
