Marketing Manager
Up to £45,000 DOE + bonus OTE c.£55,000
Mid Kent (Hybrid)
Fixed Term Contract – up to 15 months
Exciting opportunity to join my client, a highly recognised global leader in their field, as a Marketing Manager on a fixed term contract basis.
You will be responsible for driving growth, sales and profitability through effective marketing strategies as well as managing and developing 3 Marketing Executives.
Please note: this role is a fixed term contract for maternity cover.
Some duties include:
Develop and implement marketing plans to maximise sales, profitability and new product launches.
Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and arranging quarterly meetings to implement agreed strategies.
Budget management and reporting on monthly finances.
Analyse and report on marketing activity; using findings to demonstrate ROI and reporting on monthly ROI.
Management of pricing, promotions and advertising.
Managing and developing a team of 3 Marketing Executives.
Any other duties as required.
To be considered for this role, you must have/be:
Experience in a marketing role at management level.
Experience of working within a B2B industry.
Experience of marketing products.
A degree (or equivalent) in marketing.
Strong line management skills.
Able to demonstrate experience of successful campaign management.
An understanding of e-commerce platforms.
Advanced Excel skills with the ability to manipulate and report on data.
A meticulous attention to detail.
Immediately available or have a short notice period.
