Overview:
Kenna Recruitment are representing a Tier 1 developer , based in the city of London, who are in the market for a Project manager to join their team. they have recentley won many schemes in the West London Area with 3 schemes due to start in the coming months.

About the role:
You’ll be liaising with the contracts manager giving regular updates on progression and where they’re at with deadlines, also be responsible for ensuring the sub-contractors are doing the job correctly/safely and on time, meeting the project programme whilst making sure the project is being delivered on time and to a high standard.
The ideal candidate would have worked on Rc frames schemes as a number 1 Project Manager varying between (Apply online only) units.
Responsibilities:

* Work is done in the highest standard
* Providing regular updates to Contracts Manager
* Meet deadlines
Requirements:
* CSCS
* SMSTS
* First aid cert
