Accounting Manager - RideNow Powersports

RideNow Powersports, a subsidiary of RumbleOn, is seeking a highly-organized and dependable individual with strong communication skills and a keen attention-to-detail to join our team in Nevada as an Accounting Manager! If you are someone that has a strong background in accounting, goes above and beyond to get the job done, and are looking for a long-term “home”, this opportunity may be perfect for you!
Responsibilities:
Manage the daily accounting functions and procedures for the dealership.
Work closely with the Regional Controller and the General Manager to maintain and review schedules and financials.
Assist in month-end close procedures.
Complete daily cash reconciliation and balance bank transactions.
Sales deal finalization and title processing.
AP/AR Management.
Reconcile monthly statements.
Verify and enter major unit inventory as received.
Maintain and order dealership supplies.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Prior office management or cash management experience is required.
Dealership Office Management/Accounting experience strongly desired
Vehicle Title work experience is strongly desired
Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft office and Excel and Google Suite
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
Able to work additional hours as needed mid-month and month-end to complete payroll and month-end close
Friendly, outgoing personality with a can-do attitude!
Must pass pre-employment background check, MVR, and drug screen.
