Sr Product Designer

VOZE is seeking a versatile and dynamic individual to join our team as a Sr Product Designer. This role is at the intersection of design and product management, where you will be responsible for leading the product discovery and design process from concept to completion. As a Sr Product Designer, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, sales, and marketing to create innovative and user-friendly products. You will work within our product and engineering organization. You’ll work alongside other Sr Product Designers and report to our team’s VP of Product and Engineering.
What you’ll do:
Lead the product discovery and design process from ideation to implementation, including conducting user research, creating wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity designs, writing user stories and acceptance criteria.
Deeply understand the business and business metrics - use these considerations in solution creation and design thinking to grow the business.
Contribute to overall strategy and decision-making about product direction and user experience.
Effectively communicate product needs and opportunities to key stakeholders, including executives, team members, and clients.
Work closely with developers through the ideation and implementation process. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
Advocate for user needs and ensure that product solutions and design decisions are driven by user research and feedback. Conduct assumption and usability testing to validate solutions.
Ensure the quality and consistency of solution and design deliverables throughout the software development lifecycle. Ideate, design, and ship high-quality product improvements.
Requirements
5+ years of experience designing UX and UI for software. 
Proven experience in product management, preferably in a technology or software development environment.
Expert skill in design software (Figma preferred)
Experience working independently to explore concepts from beginning to end.
Demonstrated ability to design simple solutions to complex user problems.
Experience handling complex problems with overlapping organizational lines
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to think critically and strategically to solve design and project management challenges.
Portfolio showcasing previous product management and design work experience is required.
