Job Description
This is a hands-on position providing support to engineering projects, and manufacturing production area including new equipment qualification, production processes and inspection methods validation, labeling, packaging and continuous process improvements.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND KEY DELIVERABLES:
Assist Engineers with the development of new processes, test methods and fixtures.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and contribute to the development of design solutions.
Support implementing ergonomic improvements for the cleanroom.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of engineering processes and workflows.
Support the creation and review of 3D models and technical drawings using SolidWorks CAD software.
Conduct research and analysis on materials and technologies suitable for medical device applications.
Assist in conducting design/process verification and validation tests to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Document and maintain engineering records, including design changes, test results, and technical reports.
Assist engineers and scientists as they create, modify, and test products and processes.
Support development and implementation for manufacturing/quality procedures.
Prepare and conduct engineering experiments/DOE
Manage data entry for process monitoring activities.
Provide support to quality/engineering team for CAPAs, NCRs, Deviations and SCARs
