For an exciting events management client in Hoofdorp, I'm searching for a part-time all round financial administrator! If you are an experienced finance professional open to a role that requires you to adapt & be flexible to day to day tasks, then this is for you.

Description

  • Processing incoming invoices in Easy Invoice
  • Taking care of the administration of the tours and new productions
  • General ledger administration (journal entries)
  • Monthly closing and all related activities
  • VAT returns for the Netherlands, Germany and France
  • Payroll administration (payroll processing is done by an external agency)
  • Monthly booking of credit card costs Processing the monthly accruals
  • Communicate with multiple colleagues, suppliers and partners
  • Actively contribute to continuous improvement of internal processes and procedures
  • Providing input for management accounting and reporting
