Looking for an allround position in 3 shifts? Here you will work as a production worker, controller and troubleshooter all in one!

Are you ready to be part of a dynamic team transforming the streets of our cities? Your new client is the industry leader in public paving - always moving to be street-defining, sustainable and innovative. You're used to some noise because they work with concrete and you hear it well.

Do you have muscle and good physical condition? Then this job is for you! You will be pouring and mixing concrete, inspecting the quality of the products and transporting them with the forklift truck to the right place in the warehouse. If you don't have a forklift certificate yet, you can get one at Luba's expense. Are you willing to work 3 shifts and do you have affinity with construction, mechanical engineering or the process industry? Great! Your vmbo or mbo diploma will help you mix concrete, fill formwork and much more. And all this 100% on location.

Are your hands already itching? Great! Our goal is to get the procedure started as smoothly as possible. But don't worry, we'll coordinate everything nicely with you. Are you our new junior concrete production worker? Roll up your sleeves and send us your response. We can't wait to meet you!

Every day 45 trucks drive from the various production locations to get the concrete paving products and prefab elements to the desired final destination on time.
