Job Description
What does a Customs Broker Agent Do?
In supply chain management all cargo must clear US customs, coming in or leaving the U.S.A.  Our team plays a pivotal role with customers, documentation, and timing requirements. Expeditor’s is willing to teach, train, and help the right candidate grow within the department as well as opportunities to grow within the organization.

Customs Broker Agent Duties and Responsibilities:
Data preparation with timely and accurately completion of declarationsIncluding uploading and correlating responses
Tracking and tracing cargo
Learn and own customer standard operating procedures.Update changes and keep team advised.
Send out billing information to clients.
Help customers to provide a clear path to dispatch team.
Accountable for individual work board:Timely releases, proper handling of “Entry Documents Required.”
Use/Learn our eDOC system to upload for audit, scanning, and indexing all documentation.
