Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

As an LPN, you will play a crucial role in providing care and support to individuals with disabilities. Responsibilities:
Implement nursing care plans for individuals with disabilities.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Monitor and assess the health status of clients.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and guidelines.
Qualifications:
Valid license as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
Current CPR certification with the ability to renew annually.
Experience working with individuals with disabilities is preferred.
Strong clinical skills and knowledge of best practices in nursing.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Must be willing to travel to office in Lanham, MD and Residential Homes in Washington, DC 5 days a week.
Experience working with individuals with disabilities is preferred.
