Job Description:
As a Field Sales Associate, you will spearhead sales expansion initiatives by engaging potential customers within your designated territory. Your primary objective will be to proactively identify new sales prospects and cultivate enduring connections with both fresh leads and established customers. Your focal point will be on enhancing revenue streams and attaining the sales benchmarks established by the company.
Responsibilities:
Regularly visit potential customers within the assigned territory.
Showcase and advocate for our product line to prospective customers.
Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with customers.
Offer comprehensive product insights and assistance to customers.
Engage in negotiation processes and finalize sales transactions.
Collaborate closely with the sales team to achieve collective sales objectives.
Stay abreast of industry dynamics and competitive landscapes.
Requirements:
Demonstrable experience in a Field Sales Associate or related skills or experience.
Proficiency in establishing and nurturing customer relationships.
Exceptional communication and negotiation proficiencies.
Motivation from within combined with a focus on outcomes..
Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office suite (Optional).
Must possess a USA phone number and valid email address.
Access to reliable transportation! Possession of a valid driver's license & vehicle insurance.  
Willingness to travel to meet with customers and close requested deals.
