Registered Fostering Manager -Fostering agency with Therapeutic Approach Hounslow London TW3

Salary £45,000 - £55,000 + car allowance

We are looking for an experienced social work manager to start an Independent Fostering Agency in the Hounslow

Responsibilities

You will be setting up our new operation based Hounslow. The role involves working closely with the owner to manage the fostering service. The registered fostering manager will focus on producing a high performing region, offering operational excellence, financial performance and to effectively deliver the organisational business plan, having the needs of the service users at the core of every decision taken.

What You’ll Do as Registered Manager/Social Worker :

• Champion Quality: Provide strategic leadership and ensure the fostering service meets the highest standards (National Minimum Standards, Ofsted regulations).

• Empower Your Team: Lead, motivate, and support a team of social workers dedicated to fostering excellence.

• Safeguard Children: Champion robust safeguarding practices and ensure prompt responses to referrals and assessments.

• Develop Fostering Expertise: Take the lead in recruiting, training, and retaining exceptional foster carers.

• Build Strong Relationships: Foster positive collaboration with local authorities and stakeholders.

• Drive Growth: Lead the planning and execution of strategies to secure future business and expand the agency.

• Inspire Innovation: Create a culture of continuous improvement and empower children to reach their full potential.

Requirements of Registered Manager /Social Worker

• A qualified social worker with SWE registration and extensive fostering experience.

• Proven leadership and management skills, ideally within an independent fostering agency.

• A strong track record of leading services through Ofsted inspections successfully.

• Excellent communication, organisational, and budget management skills.
