Senior Quantity Surveyor

An existing client of Sphere Solutions, are looking to appoint a Senior Quantity Surveyor, to commence a new role with immediate effect.

My client are an established regional Main Contractor based in Bristol, who are experiencing a period of rapid and substantial growth. As a business, they operate mainly within New Build, Fit Out, and Refurbishment. This includes Care Homes, Education, Leisure, and Student Accommodation.

Whilst working in this role you will lead the Commercial elements of projects up to £5M within the above sectors, whilst reporting into a Commercial Manager and Commercial Director.

You will have relevant Degree level qualifications and a proven track record within construction.
