Skilled Careers are currently recruiting for a Technical Coordinator to join a residential contractor/developer to work on large scale residential projects of mixed build types. The projects range from (Apply online only) units and the technical coordinator will be in charge of the day to day running of the projects from a technical stand point.

I am looking for an experienced Technical Coordinator to join a 5 star residential developer who will give a platform for the technical coordinator to progress their career in construction working on exciting schemes for a business with a strong pipeline of work.

Responsibilities

Assist managing the process of designing the solution(s) for the project to meet or exceed customers’ requirements from planning application through to project completion.
Support the fulfilment of the design process for the pipeline of contracts safely, on time, and to the required quality while maximising gross profit and client’s satisfaction.
Attend client/design meetings along with the Design Leader, take notes and issue actions to all involved within 2 working days.
Coordinate the design process to ensure the information is accurate, complete and in line with the agreed brief/ERs/CPs, specification and cost plan.
Ensure information required is issued on time to enable the design team to undertake their design activities. This also relates to evidence/information required to clear obligations under planning, BREEAM, and other statutory bodies/Authorities.
Produce/Update relevant trackers to ensure status of design progress meets deadlines
