The Opportunity

The firm are seeking an exceptional Real Estate Finance Solicitor to join their L500 recognised department. The head of department for the Real Estate Finance team is considered one of the best in the City, having recently been recognised in the financial press for innovation in the field.

The Real Estate Finance team predominantly work on loan origination, finance transactions for alternative lending and commercial mortgage-backed securitisation. The team are considered experts in the field and have extensive experience handling multi-jurisdictional, complex and high value matters.

Recent highlights of the Real Estate Finance department include being lead manager for an international bank regarding a property portfolio valued at over €800 million and a £250m sale of a residential real estate portfolio.
