Recruitment Consultant - Relocation to Dubai

BASED IN DUBAI*

Please note this role pays a basic salary PLUS commission.

We are an international recruitment company, offering staffing solutions into UK Public Sector (based out of Dubai).

You will spend your first 4 weeks in our London HQ for your Training Academy, which then continues in Dubai for 2 weeks of onboarding.

You will be immersed in our environment meeting managers and consultants from both UK and Dubai as well as meeting all of the other people who will be moving over to Dubai with you. You will be given the opportunity to work live jobs from day 1 meaning you travel to Dubai with commission in the pipeline.

Your main responsibilities will include:

· Building a recruitment desk (180/270/360 opportunities available)

· Sourcing, selecting and screening candidates

· Generating job leads

· Pulling jobs through client business development calls

· Managing the entire recruitment cycle
