Domiciliary Deputy Manager

Straight Forward Recruitment are working with a Domiciliary care company in Downham Market, who are now looking for a Deputy Manager to join the team.

As a deputy manager, your main responsibilities will include - 

Support the registered manager to provide care, ensuring company and CQC regulations are maintained at all times
Deputise for the manager in their absence
Oversee the rota completion
Day - day management of the HR
The ideal candidate will have the following experience - 

Relevant management qualification (NVQ Level 3 or higher)
Experience working within a domiciliary care environment
Knowledge of CQC regulations 
Flexible working hours to suit the business needs
