Management Accountant (Part-Qualified) - Lincoln

A well-established family-owned company with a significant presence in the food industry is seeking a part-qualified Management Accountant to join their team in North Scarle. This opportunity is perfect for an experienced professional looking to contribute to a dynamic environment by working closely with the Operations and Supply Chain team. Study support is provided.

Duties Include:

* Preparation of Monthly Management accounts

* Balance sheet reconciliations

* Preparation, review, and challenge of cost budgets and forecasts.

* Weekly & Monthly KPI reporting, including variance analysis and explanation.

* Monthly reporting analysis and insight.

* Build partnerships and maintain strong relationships with Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Agriculture members.

* Provide analysis and deliver insights linking financial reports to operational actions and strategies.

* Enhance the impact and understanding of operational & agricultural reporting.
