NOTE; ;YOU MUST BE ABLE TO DRIVE TO THE MIDTOWN ATLANTA OFFICE AT LEAST TWICE A WEEK TO QUALIFY FOR THIS ROLE.

What you will be doing:
• Consults with senior peers on semi-complex processes to learn through experience.
• Works under general supervision.
• Receives and prepares files from a variety of sources
• Prints and reads system files or gathers records and reports to compile needed data
• Enters/uploads information into systems
• Prepares/processes forms for clients
• Posts transactions to accounting records such as worksheet, ledger or system files
• Analyzes posted data
• Develops/maintains process documentation for each assigned task
• Assists in special projects
• Interfaces/resolves internal and external customer inquiries
• Other related duties assigned as needed
What you bring:
• Requires a minimum of one years of experience in an office setting and/or finance shared services experience.
• Specific legal knowledge related to tax levies and liens.
• Strong ability to analyze data
