Job Title: Finance Business Partner
Location: Near Wakefield, close to M62
We are looking for a part or newly qualified accountant to join a growing organisation near Wakefield as a Finance Business Partner. Key Responsibilities:
* Partner with business units to provide financial analysis, insights, and support.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and monitor financial plans, budgets, and forecasts.
* Analyse financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
* Support decision-making by providing accurate and timely financial information and advice.
* Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of financial operations.
* Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
* Cash flow forecasting.
* Budgeting.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience in a finance business partnering role.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Experience with financial planning and analysis tools (e.g., Excel, ERP systems).
