Job Title: Registered Manager - Childrens Services
Location: Pudsey, Leeds
Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 + Bonus
Contract Type - Full time (40 hrs per week)
Required
* NVQ Level 5 in Leadership & Management
* 2 years expereince in a Residential Home
* Managing a home compliant with Ofsted regulations

Job Description
* Manage the residential home, through strong leadership and direction
* Ensure the highest quality of care is provided
* Manage budgets
* Ensure the home is running in line with Ofsted and legisaltions
* Develop and sustaining effective relationships with external agencies, professional bodies, and stakeholders
