Contracts Manager – Manchester – Fit Out - £50,000 & Company Bonus & Package
I am recruiting for a Contracts Manager to join an every growing North West based fit out contractor. My client are cover education, offices, healthcare and retail fit out projects.
You will ideally come from a joinery background and you will have experience of delivering fit outs in various sectors. Projects will consist of universities, colleges, hospitals, CAT A, CAT B, retail and schools. They will range in value from £500,000 - £5,000,000 and you will be expected to control between 2 – 4 sites simultaneously depending on workload.
My client are looking for a driven and passionate individual to join them on a permanent basis and can offer a clear progression and development path. They have a full order book for the next 20 months and are sourcing this individual due to continued growth.

* Proven track record of delivering fit out projects up to £5M
* Extensive fit out experience
* Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
