Marble Talent Group are currently recruiting for a Maintenance Plant Supervisor based in Lancashire!
For this role, you will be joining a busy maintenance team, carrying out on-the-tools repairs and office support work with clients and engineers on the road. This is a static role, with some flexibility in case of emergencies.
Job Responsibilities
* Fault finding, repairing, and servicing a range of heavy plant equipment such as piling rigs, compactors, and various machinery.
* Hands-on work on site with other engineers to assist with repairs and serve as the go-to person for support.
* Office duties including checking reports and ensuring they meet company standards.
* Communicating with clients regarding faults or general support.
* Providing assistance over the phone for engineers on the road.
* Ensuring compliance with health and safety standards at all times.
Candidate Requirements
* Proven experience working on fixed heavy plant equipment.
* Experience in leading a team and supervising.
* Good understanding of health and safety practices in the workplace.
* NVQ in relevant industries.
