Responsibilities: Recruitment Consultant
Develop and manage client relationships
Proactively and consistently strive to identify and obtain new business.
Connect with key decision makers at a senior level.
Negotiating contracts and charge rates.
Providing the highest levels of quality and customer satisfaction.
Account manage existing accounts.
Sourcing and attracting passive / active candidates within your sector.
Managing the recruitment process from interview to offer.
Ensure compliance with Quality and Compliance standards.Ideal candidate: Recruitment Consultant
Proven expertience of overachieving against objectives and targets
Target driven and willing to work hard to achieve your goals
Excellent communicator both written and verbal
Tenacious, resilient and determined
Good time management and organisational skills
Able to work under pressure and to deadlines

Excellent attention to detail
Able to multitask in a busy environmentPrevious recruitment experience is essential; however, all sectors and levels will be considered.
