Through continued and record breaking growth, we are investing further into new product development and therefore looking to recruit a DESIGN ENGINEERING MANAGER (Product Development) to join our award winning Product Team.
Responsible for products such as Pushchairs, Highchairs and Nursery Equipment we are a close knit team of talented engineers and designers who are looking for new talent so we can expand our product portfolio and refine our existing products. This is an exciting time for new members to join a passionate team with a clear goal of bringing great products to as many parents as possible.
Reporting directly to the Product Director and working alongside the Design/Project/Product Dev & Integrity Manager’s the Design Engineering Manager will lead, inspire and support a talented team of 3 engineers to develop a pipeline of nursery products through a stage gate process of prototyping, tooling for manufacture and product validation, organising team workflows, project plans and management of timescales.

NOTE: This role is full time, 5 days a week, with 3 days based at our Huddersfield Head Office (HD5 0RH) with 2 from home. (Hybrid working)
