Key Responsibilities
* Learn to understand client requirements and candidate profiles under the guidance of experienced recruiters.

* Conduct comprehensive candidate interviews and assessments to ensure the right fit for available positions.
* Build strong relationships with both candidates and clients to ensure successful placements.
* Deliver exceptional customer service in line with iRecruit UK's values.
Qualifications:
* A strong desire to start a career in recruitment.
* Any prior experience in recruitment or telesales is a bonus, but not essential.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
* A passion for building meaningful relationships and helping candidates achieve their career goals.
* Full UK Driving Licence
